I was diagnosed with Blastomycosis on May 21st 2008, I was 7 months pregnant....when 2 failed attempts at Ambisome (do to allergic reactions) I was treated with Diflucan and then when my baby was born I was immediately switched to Itraconazle. My baby was monitored for 3 months to see if he had it too and we were happy to find out none of it got to him!!! I was released from doctor's care on January 14th 2009.
Is there any other pregnant women out there who have or have had this too?
