Have some Itra if you are in need
« on: April 16, 2010, 10:17:59 AM »

My wonderful dog
Watson died last week.  He was just too weak to battle on.  I got the official diagnosis the day before he died. i'm still distraught.

Have about 45 200mg Itra which I'll gladly give to someone in need.  It came from Pet Health Pharm but be aware the people at Miravista caution that the compounded meds don't necessarily absorb properly as some of you have noted on this site .   I think these would be just fine for long term maintainance treatment.

I am so sorry to hear about Watson. You know he fought a good fight and did everything he could. Losing your best friend is always hard. It is very sweet of you to offer up the meds. I am sure somebody out there needs them.

So sorry to hear about Watson.  (I still love that wonderful name you gave him!)  I know you did the very best you could and you both fought the good fight.  I hope you can hold onto great memories of Watson and retrieve them readily when you want to feel good about him and to good life you gave him.

Hi, so sorry to hear about your Watson.  You did all you could, that's all we can do.  How wonderful that you are offering his medicine to help others in need. I'm sure he is wagging his tail at your great human act of kindness! Bless you!  Deb

thanks for the kind words;  it is so difficult to lose your best friend as everyone on this site knows.  Best wishes to all!  I would like to do something to help our local vets in diagnosing this horrible disease.  I know the incidence rate here in East Central Minnesota is growing.
